1 / Rates

Our prices include all taxes.

2 / Regulations

Upon reservation, payment of the entire stay is required, as well as payment for options, with the exception of the "Saveurs Libres" option, which will be paid on site at check-out.

3 / Payment methods

By credit card only, Chèque Vacances, Chèques Cabanes de France

4/ Cancellation or Modification

Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. The customer must pay the full amount of the reservation if he cancels within 2 days of arrival.

In the event of unforeseen external events beyond our control, such as storms or violent thunderstorms, we may have to modify or cancel your stay.

Alternative dates will be offered within 12 months of the event, subject to availability. No other compensation can be claimed.

6 / Valuables

We recommend that you do not leave valuables in the accommodation or vehicles. "Cabane Petit Bois" cannot be held responsible for any incident.

7 / Deposit

As the property is fully equipped and well-maintained, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 800€ at the time of booking to cover the cost of any damage or cleaning at the end of the rental period.

This will be returned after an inventory of fixtures on the day of departure, less any damage.

8 / Litigation

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Nanterre shall have sole jurisdiction.

9 / Complaints

Any complaint relating to the stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days of the stay to the following address: OKTO SaS 126 rue du pont du jour 92100 Boulogne, France

10 / Check-In / Check-Out

Arrivals are from 5:00 pm on the first day of booking. Departures are on the last day of booking before 11:00 am. Late arrivals: please contact us directly by e-mail: oktosas2019@gmail.com

Referral to the Consumer Mediator

In accordance with Articles L. 616-1 and R. 111-1 6° of the French Consumer Code, the customer is entitled to refer the matter free of charge to the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details are currently as follows:
