Upon reservation, payment of the entire stay is required, as well as payment for options, with the exception of the \"Saveurs Libres\" option, which will be paid on site at check-out.<\/p>\n

4\/ Cancellation or Modification<\/strong><\/p>\n

Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. The customer must pay the full amount of the reservation if he cancels within 2 days of arrival.<\/p>\n

In the event of unforeseen external events beyond our control, such as storms or violent thunderstorms, we may have to modify or cancel your stay.<\/p>\n

Alternative dates will be offered within 12 months of the event, subject to availability. No other compensation can be claimed.<\/p>\n

6 \/ Valuables<\/strong><\/p>\n

We recommend that you do not leave valuables in the accommodation or vehicles. \"Cabane Petit Bois\" cannot be held responsible for any incident.<\/p>\n

7 \/ Deposit<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the property is fully equipped and well-maintained, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 800\u20ac at the time of booking to cover the cost of any damage or cleaning at the end of the rental period.<\/p>\n

This will be returned after an inventory of fixtures on the day of departure, less any damage.<\/p>\n

8 \/ Litigation<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Nanterre shall have sole jurisdiction.<\/p>\n

9 \/ Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n
